Fire fighters were on the front-foot for a small outbreak in bushland, south of Raymond Terrace this afternoon.

About two hectares of land went up in flames but was tackled quickly by Rural Fire Service and Fire and Rescue crews.
Fire fighters had light winds on their side today but a total fire ban will be in force tomorrow with hot, dry and windy conditions forecast.
