The A-League’s worst kept secret is out, with fomer Jets coach Gary Van Egmond returning to his old club.
The appointment was confirmed at a Jets press conference on Thursday morning.
Van Egmond has signed a two year deal.
Jets management have also confirmed they’ve agreed to terms with former English Premier League player Francis Jeffers, who played a nine game guest stint with the club last season. Jeffers helped the Jets turn around a poor start to last season’s campaign.
He’ll undergo a medical test on Saturday.
