Three towns on the mid-north coast, have been nominated as finalists in this year’s New South Wales Keep Australia Beautiful Awards.
Gloucester, Lake Cathie, and Bowraville will be judged alongside 40 other towns, all vying to be crowned the Tidy Towns Overall State Winner.
They’ll be assessed on community initiatives dealing with litter and waste issues, land care, and water and energy conservation.
Winners will be announced in Lithgow, which was last year’s winner, on November 5.
