CUDLIN GETS SECOND CHANCE TO COMPETE IN MOTOGP

Just one week after his first MotoGP appearance, Taree road racer Damian Cudlin will get a second chance to fulfil his dream.

The 28-year-old has been chosen to replace injured rider Hector Barbera at the Grand Prix in Phillip Island.

The opportunity comes only a week after he competed in the Japanese Grand Prix, replacing Italian rider Loris Capirossi.

Despite crashing out of a points scoring finish in Japan, Cudlin is confident leading up to this weekend’s event.

He arrives back in Australia on Wednesday, just ahead of Friday’s first practice session.
