Sacked workers from a Tomago-based construction company have been assured they’ll receive 100 per cent of their entitlements.
45 workers were laid off by AJ Mayr last week and say they haven’t been paid for up to six weeks.
Fair Work Australia this morning decided John Holland, who is taking over AJ Mayr’s work, will pay some of their entitlements.
The rest will be covered under a federal government assistance scheme.
