A former Catholic brother, charged with 250 historical child sex charges, has lost his fight against an appeal to be extradited from New Zealand to Australia.
66-year old Bernard Kevin McGrath was in court earlier this month seeking a judicial review of former Justice Minister Judith Collins’ decision to extradite him.
Justice Cameron Mander found Ms Collins’ decision did not contain any reviewable mistakes.
McGrath, who’s a New Zealand citizen, is on bail.
