The trial of a man accused of murdering Nambucca Heads teenager Caleb Jarrett will start on Wednesday.
45-year-old Mitchell Anthony Winefield has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
Caleb Jarrett was stabbed during a late-night altercation in Mann Street in February 2009.
The 18-year-old suffered multiple knife wounds in the scuffle and died shortly after.
The Supreme Court trial was set to start at Coffs Harbour today, but the jury was discharged with a new one to be empanelled on Wednesday.
