Incarcerated teenagers at Frank Baxter turning their lives around in Terrigal

Teenagers from Frank Baxter are being given the chance to turn their lives around by helping restore outrigger canoes in Terrigal.

Members of the club say they’re already seeing a change in the group – with many displaying a strong work ethic.
