Woy Woy were victorious at the New South Wales Country Water Polo Championships; defeating ACT club Nordek eight-six in the men’s final.
The peninsula side had to do it the hard way, with Australian representative Mitch Baird ejected during the third quarter, with three major fouls.
It’s the second time the Wombats have taken out the prestigious title.
