The future of the controversial Huntlee development near Branxton again appears set to be fought out in court.
The Sweetwater Action Group, which took on the state government over ‘land bribes’ in the 2009 approval and won, today confirmed it was starting legal talks.
The $1.5-billion plan, recently declared state significant, will house an estimated 20,000 people and create 3,000 jobs.
“Seeing that there’s nothing much changed from this concept to the previous concept, nothing really changes for us.”
