A man has been air lifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition after crashing his motorbike on the New England Highway near Armidale.
Police say the man was approaching a round-a-bout just before one o’clock this afternoon, when he lost control.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service says he suffered head and possible spinal injuries.
