15 of the Far North Coast’s most talented young footballers have been selected to hone their skills through an elite coaching program.
The Centres of Excellence program provides the 10 to 12 year olds with unique training techniques to improve their performance.
“Gives 15 young boys and girls in the area a chance to develop their skills and we’re hopeful we have future Matilda’s and Socceroos in our midst today”
“It’s a good opportunity to get out here and play a bit of soccer and get a heads up over the other kids of the upcoming season”
The program has also been given an $88,000 boost thanks to Newcastle Permanent.
