TWO BURNT AT BLUETONGUE BREWERY

Two employees have received burns in an accident at the Central Coast’s new multi-million dollar Bluetongue Brewery.

The facility was commissioning its sugar off-loading station earlier today when a pipe broke away from a fitting, spraying hot water on the men.

One aged in his late 30s suffered superficial burns to his arms and hands, while a worker in his 20s suffered burns to his neck, chest and abdomen.

Both were taken to Gosford Hospital for observation.
