Coffs Harbour City Councillors are meeting behind closed doors for the second time since the resignation of general manager, Stephen Sawtell.
The closed discussion is to determine the terms of Mr Sawtell’s split from council.
Council has kept the details surrounding Mr Sawtell’s sudden departure secret, citing confidentiality restrictions.
Councillor Mark Graham has referred the matter to the Department of Local Government seeking a full investigation of the circumstances leading to the resignation.
