VIOLENT VIDEO SUPPORTS RESIDENTS CALLS FOR PUBS TO HAVE EARLIER CLOSING TIMES

A graphic video depicting a bloody brawl outside a Hamilton hotel, has been used by a residents group to support their call for tougher trading restrictions on the suburb’s licensed premises.

The footage was aired during a Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority hearing into the area’s alcohol fuelled violence.
