More than $1-million from Coffs Harbour’s Environmental Rates Levy will be used to fund 16 environmental projects across the city.
Bank stabilisation works will be carried out around the recently heritage listed, Ferguson Cottage, on the Jetty Forshore.
Other works will include weed eradication and tree planting along Boambee Beach to restore its natural environment.
The Solitary Islands Coastal Walk, which links a series of headlands between Sawtell and Arrawarra, will also receive funding for its final stages.
