The defence lawyer for a mother who starved her seven-year-old daughter to death, has told the New South Wales Supreme Court his client should receive far less than a life term.
Dennis Stewart said while the woman hasn’t shown any remorse over her child’s death, she didn’t have any ill feeling towards her daughter while she was alive.
