Work on Gunnedah’s Aboriginal Child and Family Centre is officially underway.
The multi-million dollar facility is one of a number of sites being developed across the state to support education and health needs among aboriginal communities.
“This venture is going to add a new dimension to learning and education in our community. All the early intervention programs will be held in the centre.” – Wayne Griffiths, Local Aboriginal Reference Group Chairman.
It should be up and running by March next year .
