QUADBIKE SAFETY IMPROVES FOLLOWING REBATE INTRODUCTION

Close to 2000 side-by-side vehicles have been purchased by New South Wales farmers this year, following the introduction of a $2,000 rebate scheme.
It’s part of a SafeWork New South Wales initiative aimed at improving safety.
Almost 900 rider-safety devices, including roll bars for quadbikes, have also been snatched up.
The push comes after an increase in quadbiking accidents across the country.
“It’s all around that education component of trying to keep people safe while using a quadbike.”
Farmers can also receive $500 rebates on drones.
