Police have used capsicum spray and a taser to subdue a man during an arrest on the mid north coast.
Just after 11am on Saturday, police attended a home on Morrison Close in Coffs Harbour to speak with a man about an alleged domestic incident.
The 41-year-old was arrested and was being escorted from the home when he allegedly became aggressive.
During the altercation, police used capsicum spray and then a taser.
The man was later charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, resisting an officer, and two counts of assaulting an officer.
