A 10-year-old girl has allegedly been stabbed to death in New South Wales’ Hunter region.
Emergency services responded to reports of a stabbing at a home in Boolaroo around 3:45pm.
The girl was treated by paramedics for multiple stab wounds but died at the scene, police confirmed.
A 17-year-old girl at the home has been arrested and was taken to Belmont Police Station, where she is assisting with inquiries.
