LICENSEES PLAN TO REDUCE CRIME IN NEWCASTLE

The Newcastle Liquor Accord wants help from the council and police to reduce the number of people drinking on the street and on public transport.

Licensees are set to introduce a range of voluntary initiatives to further curb alcohol-related crime.
