A 56-year-old woman has lost her foot following a single-vehicle crash near Glen Innes.
She was a passenger in a car that rolled on the Gwydir Highway, the impact severing her right foot and part of her leg.
She was airlifted to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital for surgery.
