An engine stall is being blamed for the sinking of a 12-metre cabin cruiser at Coffs Harbour.
The skipper had been attempting to get the vessel to the boat ramp, but it ended up on the rocks after he lost engine power.
The cruiser suffered extensive damage to its hull and won’t be retrieved until it has been assessed by insurers.
Emergency services attended to prevent any fuel leaking from the vessel.
