In breaking news that’s sure to please Knights fans, talented backrower and priority signing Cory Paterson has agreed to stay at the club until the end of season 2012.
Paterson and the Knights agreed to terms on a three year contract extension late this afternoon, with the club beating some big money offers from rival teams.
It’s understood the Bulldogs weighed in with the most substantial offer, while the Cowboys and Roosters also showed interest.
