A 3 year-old girl remains in a stable condition in hospital after being found semi conscious inside a car on the Central Coast.
Four Ambulance crews raced to the home in Tuggerawong early this afternoon.
It is understood the girl had been missing for two hours and may have climbed out of a bedroom window.
She was taken to Wyong Hospital.
