NSW CIVIL & ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL RETURNS TO GOSFORD

The New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal is set to come back to the Central Coast.

NCAT will be returning to the Gateway Centre in Gosford, after shutting in December last year, forcing hearings to be held at Gosford Courthouse.

The closure sparked an outcry from community legal groups, as well as the Central Coast Law Society and Tenants Advice groups, who were concerned services would not be adequately replicated at the busy courthouse.
