SHOPPERS BAG A BARGAIN AT ANTIQUES FAIR

Bargain hunters spent today sifting through table after table of antiques and collectables, searching for that perfect treasure.
Around 1000-shoppers turned out for day one of Alstonville’s annual Antiques Fair – where one man’s trash, really is another’s treasure.
“A lot of people use it for their superannuation they purchase a lot of antiques and collectable stuff and keep it for when they retire and go an sell it and hopefully make a profit on it.”
From the controversial to the mainstream, there are items on display to satisfy just about any taste.
The fair wraps up tomorrow afternoon.
