A 48-year-old man has been charged after police seized a large quantity of child abuse material during the search of an Anna Bay property.
The search was conducted following ongoing investigations, with police seizing a laptop and electronic storage devices yesterday.
The man was taken to Nelson Bay Police Station and charged with using a carriage service for child pornography and possessing child abuse material.
He will face Raymond Terrace Local Court on August 26th .
