Christmas shoppers in Coffs Harbour are being treated to a real Aussie beach Christmas at a local shopping centre.
35 tonnes of sand are being used to create the beach theme which includes whales, dolphins and of course Santa’s helpers.
The sand sculpture at Park Beach Plaza has been created this week by four dedicated international sculptors who have spent around 300 hours to complete the masterpiece.
The work is due to be finished in time for Santa’s arrival at the centre on Saturday.
All proceeds from the sculpture will go to local surf lifesaving clubs.
