19-year-old Nambucca Heads sprinter Laura Duncan will line up for the Macksville Gift tomorrow night, chasing a fourth straight win.
Laura, who now trains with the New South Wales Institute of Sport under Australian Sprint and Relay Coach, Paul Hallam, will be out to set a record for consecutive wins.
Last year, in one of the closest finishes in years, she edged out front marker Amanda Cole to win the event for the third time.
The finals in the Macksville Gift, which is the oldest professional footrace in New South Wales, get underway at around 8 o’clock.
