MILLER DENIES HE’S IN LINE FOR OLYROOS JOB

Scott Miller has been mentioned as a candidate for the vacant Olyroos job, thanks to his strong ties to Socceroos coach Ange Postecoglou, but the Jets mentor says he knows nothing about it.

“I’m a loyal person, I stayed at Fulham for nine years. I want to stay here and improve the club,” he said.

His focus for now is contract negotiations with Ben Kantarovski, Jason Hoffman and Mark Birighitti, with the keeper attracting offers from overseas.

“Whether or not Mark is here is up to him, but he’s welcome here, only if he remains focused.”
