After five hours of deliberating, the jury is still out on whether the husband of former World Surfing Champion, Chelsea Hedges, is guilty of rape.
Jason Hedges is standing trial at Southport Magistrates Court, accused of sexually assaulting a 24 year old woman while she lay asleep beside his friend.
The case has been adjourned.
Also in court, two brothers have been found guilty of a voilent attack on a plain clothes policeman over the Australia Day weekend.
