HANNA COURT COMPLAINT

There’s a push to appeal the suspended sentence handed down to Armidale business man, Phillip Hanna, last month.

Hanna walked free after pleading guilty to three charges, relating to a shooting incident at a Uralla property in June 2007.

But the court was told Mr Hanna was suffering from an undiagnosed bipolar disorder at the time of the offence.

However, the victim, Doug Jackson, has since lodged a complaint with the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Deparment of Public Prosecution.

Mr Jackson says he believes justice has not yet been served.
