Central Coast runner Mark Warren had one of the finest wins of his career, and smashed his personal best by five minutes in yesterday’s Lake Macquarie half marathon.
The Mingara Athletics Club member will now concentrate on the Sydney Running Festival, with the prestigious Harbour Bridge Run in three weeks time.
