Six people were taken to hospital following a wild brawl at an Upper Coomera Tavern overnight.
Police were called to The Lost City Pub just before 1.30, after reports up to nine men were involved in a fight.
One man was knocked unconcious, one fractured his ribs, while another will need plastic surgery after being glassed in the face.
Staff tried to intervene but were also injured.
“And there was also quite a lot of damage to the tavern itself, windows being smashed pool cues broken and pool equipment and the room was trashed.”
No charges have been laid at this stage.
