CCRL TAKES ZERO TOLERANCE STANCE

Central Coast Rugby League has released a statement following off-field incidents during the Elimination Semi between Erina and Berkeley Vale. “The Central Coast Division Rugby League are aware of an incident involving negative crowd behaviour in the Erina v Berkeley Vale match over the weekend. We have already identified many of the culprits and the investigation is ongoing.  Those that have been identified will be dealt with in the short term. CCDRL take a zero tolerance stance towards this type of behaviour and those responsible will be dealt with accordingly.”

BEST MATES IN BATTLE FOR SURVIVAL

Erina and Berkeley Vale will battle for survival in tomorrow’s Elimination Final in Central Coast Rugby League. The Eagles will welcome back halves Scott Jones and Josh Lewis, while the Panthers will be bolstered by the return of star play maker Brendan O’Hagan. The match will also see best mates Alex Moore and Dane Allen go head to head in the coaches box.

ROOS CONSOLIDATE TOP SPOT

Wyong were too good for Terrigal in a top of the table clash over the weekend. The Roo’s Jay Florimo named man of the match performance – in the 28 to 12 win. With just four rounds remaining, The Roos are on 22 points, Berkeley Vale is outright second on 19, with The Sharks, Tigers and Eagles all on 18.
