Last night we brought you the story of 68-year-old stroke victim Ron Collins, who had his motorised scooter stolen from his garage in Newcastle.
After hearing the story, Islington disability provider, Leapfrog Ability, has generously offered to donate a second hand scooter.
We also had two other phone calls from people wanting to donate a scooter to Mr Collins.
