After years of lobbying, Kendall Tennis Club has received a welcome boost, with the state government announcing it will chip in more than $200,000 towards the expansion of club facilities.
Member for Port Macquarie, Leslie Williams and Deputy Premier Troy Grant made the announcement today, saying the money would go towards completing the clubhouse.
But the club still needs more funding, so it can increase the number of its courts from three to eight.
