$10,000 RAISED AT SANTA PUB CRAWL

The streets of Tamworth came alive last night for the annual Santa Pub Crawl.

Around 800 people dressed up as the jolly man in red for the annual charity event.

Ronald MacDonald House Manager, Chris Watson, says this year’s even raised more than $10,000 for the service.

“The costumes are awesome, of course people have run out of Santa outfits so we’ve got trees, elves, we’ve got actual people dressed up as boxes, gifts, gift wrap, we have got Mary, Joseph, the three wise men, we’ve got it all.”

The money will go towards adding a fifth bedroom to the house.
