Moree has secured nearly $60,000 in funding for the maintenance of its PCYC and showground.
It’s part the second round of the state government’s Public Reserves Management Fund Program, assisting the maintenance of local and state reserves.
Electorates will be informed over the next week as to which projects have been awarded a share in the $12 million.
“Whether it be in the Tamworth region uh Sheba Dams uh Moonbi Trust uh Police Citizen Youth Club upgrades through Tamworth, Gunnedah and Moree, showground upgrades in places like Warialda.”
