More than 50 Goonellabah locals today took up the Ourkids Spin Marathon Challenge.
Hopping on exercise bikes at the Sports and Aquatics Centre riders took turns to complete the four-hour event.
While there’s no destination in sight for these riders they are working towards a common goal.
“With our kids we wanted to raise money put money together for a worthy cause and great way to exercise have a bit of a social fun, social event as well”
The event wraps up at 8 o’clock tonight and is expected to raise up to $1,000.
