BIG CROWD PREDICTED FOR TOAST URUNGA FESTIVAL

More than 8000 people are expected to cram the foreshore on Sunday for the Toast Urunga Festival,
which celebrates the region’s best food and wine.

There’ll be cooking demonstrations and musicians, including the country band “Bostocks” and the jazz and blues group “Clocks and Dice”.

Some of the proceeds from the day will go to local charities.

“Providing a family day for our community and for our visitors and a way of showcasing Urunga and its beautiful attributes,” said Organiser Steve Allan.

Steve says the one day festival is always a good way to spoil your dad on Father’s Day.
