DEVIL ARK FIGHTING TO SAVE THE TASSIE DEVIL

It’s now more than two years since the creation of the Devil Ark – an ambitious plan to save a national icon.

The second breeding season has begun at the hideaway in the picturesque Barrington Tops.

Reporter Stephanie Jeanes travelled there for an update on one of the country’s most important conservation projects.

  1. I am teacher at Mullumbimby P.S and it just so happens we are having a tassie devil awareness campaign and fundraiser tomorrow at 11.00am. Can you follow up your news item with school kids who are doing the right thing and doing something toward saving this Australian icon. We are having a home made (kid) craft stall as well as lots of food.
