Five men have been interviewed by police after responding to reports a woman had been raped in Surfers Paradise last night.
Forensic officers cordoned off Lionel Perry Park to collect evidence, while the woman was taken to hospital.
However, police now say they’re no longer investigating, and no charges have been laid.
