Tuncurry bowler Martin Gosper and his teammate Brodie Jobson have taken out the 15th Major Minors Tournament at Forster Bowling Club.
They beat Port City bowlers Bob Counsell and Geoff Ball 19 to 16.
It was neck and neck for most of the final, with just one point separating the teams until the 19th end, when Gosper put his team four shots ahead.
Club officials say scores of spectators watched the match, which went for almost four hours.
