Twenty two riders from the Tamworth Cycle Club have made the voyage to the Central West this weekend, where they’ll compete in the Bathurst Cycle Classic.
The two-day event features a variety of riding disciplines, including a hill climb up Mount Panorama.
There’s also a criterium race through the heart of the CBD, while tomorrow features the Blayney to Bathurst 110-kilometre road race.
Around 3,000 entrants are expected to take part in Bathurst over the weekend.
