A mountain bike rider has been flown to hospital after a fall near Taree on the Mid North Coast.
The 37-year-old suffered multiple injuries in the accident at Tinonee, and was stabalised at the scene by paramedics.
He was flown to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital.
