WHITEHAVEN COAL REDUCES SCALE OF VICKERY MINE

Whitehaven Coal has finally bowed to local pressures to exclude part of the land from its Vickery Extension Mine proposal near Gunnedah.

While it maintains there’s never been any risk to the Namoi River, locals have long disagreed.
