TOORMINA SERVICE STATION ROBBERY

Police are appealing to the public after a service station at Toormina was held-up last night.

A man entered the premises just before 9.30 and threatened a 21-year-old male staff member with a weapon before making off with a small quantity of cash.

The employee was not injured in the incident.

The man then fled the scene on foot along Toormina Road.

“we are looking for a male the age hasn’t been determined but he is around 170 centimetres tall, he was dressed in all black clothing including a black jumper, black tracksuit pants as well as sneakers and he was carrying a multi-coloured bag”
